No. I own Soviet Kitsch and Begin to Hope, and I saw her in 2006 at The Madrid Theatre in Kansas City, Missouri. In addition, regardless of what you think about my first points, there is no arguing that Regina was not highly influenced my Tori. Regina has not been responsible for breaking new ground like Tori either, not by a comparable magnitude anyway. Also, you cannot argue that Regina's breasts are not larger:^).

Disagree have you only heard a couple of Regina's songs?If you've only heard fidelity then you don't know her you need to listen to her unreleased songs or her live only songs. And they SEEM more intelligent

I enjoy both Regina and Tori, but I tend to credit Tori with having more emotional depth. Her lyrics seem more intelligent, and less directed towards the 15 year old, angst ridden teen. In addition, Regina is riding on a wave that Tori made, and there is no denying that. Consequently, I guess she does have something on Regina. No wait, I guess Regina does have larger breasts...perhaps you are onto something:^)

it actually is about female circumsision, i cant remember where or for that matter the exact story but in some far off african society, girls are forced into circumsision, where they are cut and sewn back together to be as anatomically correct as a barbie doll and the reopened on their wedding night not exactly the nicest story, something which horrified Tori Amos when she learned about it
