George Lynch is just as good (if not better) than Gary Holt of Exodus or Alex Skolnick of Testament and Michael Romeo of Symphony X. You probably listen to talentless bands like Slipknot or JFAC. Those bands don't have the theory or technical skill of the Glam bands of the 80s or early 90s.

It wasn't GRUNGE that killed it. It was the fact that people were ready for honest, fresh music. They were ready for PEARL JAM, ALICE IN CHAINS, RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE, THE REPLACEMENTS, all bands I saw B4 your silly ass was born. And as U SURELY know, they weren't all GRUNGE. I've seen Slaughter at the Coca-Cola Pavillion in Destination Daytona, on June 12, 2008 it was fucking awesome I actually saw the soundcheck before the show after that I caught up with them and Mark Slaughter & Dana Strum signed my two Slaughter album covers. I was in the front row, during the show Mark Slaughter threw water at my face, it was awesome I didn't mind, and I caught a pick from Dana Strum and I still have it. I sure as hell would love to see Slaughter again.
