I am educated, and I am a problem solver and never have my head in the sand. If someone is worried about an animal being extinct then a good way to keep them alive is to farm them, so we can eat them as much as we want to. I can give a crap less about how you feel about farming animals. I am not in that group. And I can care less of what you feel about people like me. No matter how bad this makes the Asians look you only have to look in our own backyard to see some of the same cruelties on animals. Dog fighting, canned hunts, illegal trapping, seal slaughter just to name a few. We Americans are the biggest importers of exotic animals for pets and allot of us don't even consider putting a dog on a chain their whole life as cruel. Please, I think this is horrible but to be credible we need to clean up our own backyard.

Well, I thought about the debris, but does it really get that high? All the way to the top of the tornado? About the vortex: '4thand5th' mentioned that already. So, maybe (if this has not been done already) we can drop a probe (instead of me) into the vortex. The trend seems to be to place a probe on the ground, and wait for the tornado to pick it up. So my question is: Has anyone ever just flew over the storm, and droped a probe inside??

This is still one of the most amazing animal hunt videos ever recorded. This version has edited out the actual kill and consuming of the baby musk ox by the wolf pack, which was very graphic and intense. The lower ranking members of the pack were food begging at the kill, just as they did when they were pups. Absolutely amazing video!

I bought this Arctic Wolf video when it first came out 20 years ago. This was recorded in the summer of 1986 by Dave Mech and Jim Brandenburg. They filmed a wolf pack that probably had never seen humans before and were able to get within a few feet of them. You'll notice that the musk ox and the wolves run right past the camera at about 00:50.

I can't find the the comment you're referring to, but I kind of remember what I wrote. No, I did not suggest that the AKC promotes temperament/working ability, I was letting blackeye420 know that since the Beagle is the 5th most registered breed in the AKC, 61 beagles cannot be a true representative sample of the breed's overall temperament. The ATTS ranks pit bulls higher than Beagles, yet 600 PBs took the test and only 61 beagles did, b420 was saying this meant the PB was the more stable breed

I saw the whole documentary the gray whales survive the attack. The mother is able to put herself and her baby out of harms way by getting closer to the coast line. In less deeper waters the orcas couldn't build up the momentum needed for the headbutts. Also the scientists concluded it was a practice session, cause juvenile orcas were the ones doing most of the attacks.

This is a bit random but did you know in the 1900's the Amur(Siberian) Tigers numbers were below 50 cats left in the wild and today there's around 500 :] That's still not alot but the speacies is stable for now. QAll we have to do is help the Amur Leopard find it's way out of extinction!

I don't mean acrobatic martial arts like wushu, but cmon ufc is just a brawl, but the true master of mixed martial arts is bruce lee. he had a basis of a martial art namely wing chun and built his martial art on it. he took the techniques that were useful to him, but these fighters start with brawling and don't have a proper basis. I'd rather stick to a real martial art like my muay thai and adapt to real fighting when i get more advanced, than this crap.

The idea of MMA competitions is to most realistically replicate real combat and the rules reflect this by allowing standup AND groundwork, striking AND grappling/wrestling. People who train because they feel powerless have an equal choice to go learn karate or boxing. Personally I train in Muay Thai (as a sport) and if you watch video after video, you will see the Thai and foreigners fighting in Thailand show each other the utmost respect and sportsmanship. How about the Cuban TKD olympian who kicked the ref a few months ago? I've also seen some disgusting muay thai gyms abroad. Disrespectful people train in all methods mate.
