A 1.8litre engine running at just 1000rpm with a compression ratio of 10:1 can consume any liquid to the volume of 180 litres - no way was your hose outputting water to that rate, not even close, more likely 10 litres per minute so you were adding less than 6% volume. I agree with you "taliwhatcher0" - Pouring water in the carb, will get you nothing but a dead engine. Think about it people. If it was simple as using a garden hose, then the Big Three and other auto manufacturers would give BILLIONS of dollars just to be the first to use this "idea". And, further on their "hydrogen idea",I agree with "shanghaikidx" that electrolysis requires more energy to separate the hydrogen than the separated hydrogen produces. He should disconnect the battery after the engine is started. The way I imagine it happens, is that he uses electricity to separate the H2 & O2 and then the engine burns it...but why would you bother to separate it when you could just use the electricity in the first place? In order to be the invention he wants it to be, it will need to be able to run without the constant input from the battery. If it can't, then you don't need the whole extra step of separating and combusting the fuel.

What this guy has likely done is to simply have fuel in the tank already, the water will have a higher specific gravity than the gasoline so it will sink to the bottom of the fuel tank leaving the gas on top. Then the 'inventer' fits a fuel tube with a float on the top so it skims the top of the tank where the gasoline is. Just ask him to empty the entire tank of any liquid and then fill it with water. Its an illusion folks, aka a scam.

I have the coplete collection of everything they did on a 20 dvd set, some are in the coputer generated colour, which i'm not so keen on, but all are in original B&W also including every short ever made, silent & talkies. It's on Universal label and the spines of all the dvd's when in order 1-20 make up a picture of thier bowler hats. It was from UK but you must be able to get it in US. Regular L&H fixes are essential for healthy living! Good luck.

Also Alex's info is not taken from Meir as he has made his own predictions and scientific claims. If anything there stories complement each other.
