For real? Cause I get the whole "push back" part, but I don't (or rather, she didn't) have the other leg to push back on. I assumed she used other muscles (around the lower body) to force herself backwards, but I noticed her grounded foot was perfectly flat (creating more friction), and if the floor is slippery enough to allow that, it would be a bit dangerous. Thus, I'm a little skeptical about it. I don't suppose you've seen it done elsewhere or perhaps done this move yourself?

yeah you just push yourself backwards on one leg. it's better on a slippery surface but yeah all you do instead of sliding forward push yourself backwards. it might not work on the firts go but keep trying and you'll get the feeling of it
