I cave with a carbide light. Carbide is where the energy comes from, water itself does nothing without the carbide. Carbide comes from Coke (energy input) and Lime fired in an electric furnace at aprox 2000 °C (energy input). Than it is technically a battery for storage of energy in coke and the energy put into it via the furnace.Carbide is actually a way you could run a car without gasoline, maybe you should research that instead.

Hydrogen can only have 1 bond, so how would you get HHO without using some sort of nuclear chemistry....Brown's Gas(Oxyhydrogen) is not HHO, technically it is a mixture of H2 and O2 gases, typically in a 2:1 molar ratio. That's just the start of the problems with under hood electrolysis. Run a car on something that would actually provide energy. Don't waste your time on a useless extra step in making an electric car less efficient via electrolysis and combustion of H2.

Hundreds of studies and demonstrations have been done by auto companies and universities proving the benefits of using an on-board fuel reformer for hydrogen enhanced combustion for cleaner air and better fuel economy. In the 1970's catalytic converters were tested using exhaust heat to convert intake rather than exhaust and fuel economy and cleaner air benefits were greater than how it is done now.

There is nothing unbelievable about this unless you are unfamiliar with fuel reformers and steam reforming. Steam reforming is the primary method of hydrogen production in the world and the process uses water and hydrocarbon vapours along with heat and either a catalysts , a plasma or both. This is nothing more than a demonstration of a fuel reformer. Just google search steam reforming and fuel reformer. Auto & oil companies own hundreds of patents but won't sell you a car with a fuel reformer

I'm pretty sure it's a mix of caustic soda (NaOH) + water + Aluminium. That produces hydrogen indeed but it requires an energy source to first MAKE the caustic soda and also to extract aluminium from an ore.
