What are you talking about?? I am technician for 5 years (since DOS days) in hard disks and I didnt format the hard disk when installing, rather I specified an area "from windows" to linux. At certain point in progress in installation, Linux told me that there was no hard disk at all! Use a couple "SCM" tools in collaboration, before commenting further. Having a single repo "merge manager" requires a developer and we're back to CVS trunk maintainers. Git has a solution to this, a "main" repo (like SVN) centralization. Git-svn is only handy in corner cases (usually bad) where you want to merge chords locally before committing.

You obviously have not listened to many Talk Talk tracks...Depeche Mode on the other hand were ok at first but went off the rails into dark music...it got that bad that even the lead singer tried to kill himself,TT were at least inventive and kept their music on the level,while Depeche have just been slipping away.

Yes, mums the word. If they have an inkling that you are at all knowledgable about being a juror, they ususally DON'T want you on the jury. I sat for jury selection and watched them dismiss ANYONE that had ANY prior experience in court or on a jury. Certainly, if they thought you KNEW about Jury Nullification, they'd use up one of their discards...so yeah, mums the word.

Many trials are like a stage show.The truth doesn't matter, its what the government wants the jury to believe. The prosecutors in this country are worse than the police by far. They are the masters of deception. They are now just charging anyone they can and hope something sticks. What ever happened to physical evidence linking a person to a crime? Does anyone else find this sick? How can anyone trust our police if this is the things they do. Turth, your right about that hersay rule. The police can not say anything in court that could show you are innocent. If I get a jury summons I'm not going to get out of it. Not guilty is my vote until this crap stops. I never trusted the police in the first place. They muscled a friend of mine into a 18 year prison sentence for something he didn't do. As citizens we should be weeping right now

This is our country, our court system, our citizens who are not even permitted to defend themselves properly. 100% true. Just trying to help you=we got no case unless you give it to us. As citizens of this country we are not required to answer questions posed by police. These rights were put there by our founding fathers to protect the INNCOENT. Media paints people who use their rights as criminals. So not true. Of course the people who sit on a jury think this which is the kiss of death for an innocent man. There is no way the police are always right yet 98% of trials end in conviction.

I agree with you partly. Of course I would call them if someone was trying to break in my home or I saw someone selling drugs to kids. But I don't trust the police to tell the whole story. Police are there to protect us but also report the truth, not what suites their case. Be careful, you could be on the receiving end of this statement twisting one day.
