You're probably expecting to feel a certain way, when hypnosis really just means that you're relaxed and open to suggestion. There's not a lot of "special feelings", but if you don't feel relaxed, try listening to it a few times more. The more you are hypnotized, the more effect it has and the easier it gets.

I want to become a hypnotheapist, but i find it so hard for these things to work on me. this one, I was sorta waiting for it to be over. I know you can't be hypnotised if you are unwilling, but the thing is that I want to be hypnotised very badly. I wonder if it's because I'm trying too hard, I want it too much. It's like I need some sort of proof that it works before I go into hypnotherapy myself, not a great way to be thinking I know.
