Si ukyo2, l'agar-agar est un liant-gélifiant, on peut en utiliser a la place de la gélatine pour ceux qui ne veulent pas de gélifiant d'origine animale car l'agar-agar st d'origine végétale, on peut l'utiliser dans les mousses de fruit ou autre chose (pour remplacer la gélatine quoi ^^')

Le jus est juste allé droit au fond de mon huile (du fait de sa densité plus grande), ne se solidifiant pas au passage. Pourriez vous expliquer ceci? Je commence à croire que la seule manière de faire ses billes sont avec les alginates.
