I aint comparing Slash to Richie, but where Slash gets mentioned in the top 10/top 5/top 3best guitarists and has his own guitar hero game out which enthasised his status even more, Richie is the complete opposite. Yeah they have different styles but Richie has a larger scale of knowledge & that was the point I was making. It wasn't a knock on Slash. Both are amazing guitarists, but Richie is the most underrated guitarist. I mentioned Slash just cos he was a relevent example of being rated.

They played this live at Twickenham this year on June 27th and it was the best experience in the world. This song truly is 1 of, if not, their best and it was just an incredibly moving moment in Twickenham that night! I LOVE BON JOVI.

Richis Sambora is the most underated guitarist in the world, he can play so many styles & lets face it, he could blow Slash right out of the water if they ever dueled and thats a fact. Speaking of Alec John Such, he was on stage with Bon Jovi when I went to see them in Manchester at the Mancity football stadium (along with Hugh McDonald) I hope Alec officially has rejoined them and retakes his rightful spot as their bass player replacing the very bland Hugh, Alec rocked! Most of the people weren't doing the things they said on the news. I was there, and I don't like the idea of violent protesters or hating on cops, but I was disgusted by the way the protesters were treated. It was honestly horrible. The news was really skewed. They didn't say on the news about the veterans leading marches or the families that were there... Just about "anarchists" and people breaking windows... :(

I had unknowingly waived my rights and I was held for "resisting arrest" for one week until the swelling and marks on my face were gone and they released me. this was a year before the RNC so I don't think its associated. but I definitely believe this guy I've been to the same place and witnessed firsthand abuse and torture of prisoners in the Ramsey county jail.

hospital shortly after I regained consciousness to the same jail Ramsey county jail where the guy who takes your fingerprints decided to grab me from the back of the neck and slam my swollen eye into cement bench then press all of his weight on it while my hands were cuffed behind my back I do remember that.. the next day they took me to "court" after I had received virtually no medical attention and was suffering from a concussion they had me sign papers in trade for an advil capsule.

well there isn't much you can do to prove what goes on inside of the jail but I got arrested once for resisting arrest.. believe it or not and I got pepper sprayed and punched in the eye and my eye was swollen shut for a week with the spray in it. I woke up in a hospital bloodied and bruised I still can't remember the incident where I resisted because I was knocked unconscious and I also suffered permanent eye damage and bruised ribs, anyways that's not the end of it I was taken from the -

As I said, I don't know if the violence in St Paul was from protestors or police Agent Provocateurs, but if it was the latter it wouldn't be too suprising. I'll get you started though: The New York Times ran an article on December 22, 2005 written by Jim Dwyer concerning Under cover police 'Agent Provocateurs' at the 2004 NYC RNC. It details quite well the evidence of police using this tactic to create grounds for an escalation of violent action and arrest against protestors. This is an old tactic and one not becoming of the finer traditions of U.S. Police Officers, but it is expedient and there is considerable political pressure to use it.

I don't know about the property damage in St. Paul, but there is a long history of undercover police in the US getting dressed up like protestors and kicking off to give police a reason to escalate the violence. It was endemic through trade union and civil rights protests last century and since the battle in seatle it has shown up again in anti-capitalist and anti-war protests. Check out I-Witness news and their website to see some of the crap pulled in St Paul. It's enough to scare even you.

Clint Eastwood's performance is superlative. The key thing about the movie is that there are no villains here. Streep's husband has been potrayed as a very good man. That moment when she wants to open the car has been beautifully taken. I was watching this as an avid fan of Mr. Eastwood, and was beginning to wonder where his 'punch' was. And then the 'traffic light' scene came along and it blew my mind. I don't think much needs to be read into it, except that, sometimes the cirumstances of love are not condusive to love itself. As painful as that may seem, Mr. Eastwood is genius at making that point. However sad it may seem. And it seems very sad!

I'm not sure there isn't anything that Keaggy can't play. His electric guitar work is awesome. 'nothing but the blood' off hymnsongs is so smooth. I've seen McKee live recently and he was good, but not even in the same conversation as Phil, IMO.

I actually didn't realise a rivalry at all. but simply speaking as a guitarist... keaggy is a better guitarist, not to mention the songs are written better... I think mckee might reach keaggy's level at some point but it seems that keaggy is quite a bit older than mckee and probably been playing longer

The Texas Republican Party is just as Corrupt as the Federal Government. After the precinct caucus, Bertuzzi and others illegally added 151 delegates to the county convention. They did so because, without those illegal "delegates," the Ron Paul delegates would have outnumbered them.

Two years ago this same tactic was used in Gillespie County, Texas by the County Chairman, Pauline Cusack. A number of us fought it, challenging what they did at the state convention. But, we did not hold a rump convention. The Credentials Committee ejected the County Chairman and the county Credentials Committee Chairman from the state convention, but refused to throw out the entire, illegal delegation, as required by law.
