Hey just a suggestion: I don't know if you already try this or not but you might want to try dumbells to strengthen your arms...it seems like you need to build some more arm strength before you will be able to have the power to do the push ups. Hey we all have to start somewhere. Work on improving function and you will get stronger from there. I have found that working specifically on muscle groups makes the tougher exercises that use them much easier.

If you're in the beta, you can play my test level in NE Canada called LittleBigPhantasy Bestiary.
Scrapped the mecha idea for now and went straight to dragons. It looks like it'll work so far. =D
Was inspired by Phantasy Star Online when I made this so hopefully I can give this big ass beast some flight capabilities as well.

dude are you gonna re-create it in the full version of the game? by the way, put it in a reward bubble, this is how to: go to goodies sack, pick "capture object" at the top of the menu/popit and zoom out until the whole dragon is captured in the frame, then click ok(X) and then make a reward bubble(tools sack), now tweak the bubble(move the cursor on it and press square) and pick the dragon, now its inside the bubble, publish the level and let people collect the bubble :D
