These are one of the more interesting bugs in my yard. Yes, they are 3 DIFFERENT ones, not three holes to the same nest. Since I don't bother them, they will respect me back. PLEASE DO NOT MESS WITH ANY OF THE NESTS IN YOUR YARD. IT MAY BE TEMPTING, BUT JUST KNOW THAT BEES AND WASPS WILL NOT STING UNLESS YOU GIVE THEM A REASON TO.

I'm a bit of a severe apiphobic (I've gone into shock from being NEAR them, not being stung), so I'm afraid I can't share my same pacifist views towards bees, wasps and hornets that you can. I CAN say that they are interesting to watch (not particularly fun, but I'll sit there for hours... from a very long distance). I can also level with you on the bald-faced hornet hurting.

Yeah,get rid of it,but BE CAREFUL!!Try not to use too much of that pesticide in the environment.Also, only do this task at nighttime,when all of the wasps are at their nest.Also,if it is a white-faced hornets nest,where long pants and a long-sleeved t-shirt (recomended,not required),because I got stung by one of these last year and take it from me out of the hundreds of other stings I've had,this particular one hurt the most.Also,don't bee nervous.Wasps sense fear,and they know why you're afraid

lol You know, I thought I didn't have a nest this year until I got stung twice on the leg. I get stung so many times I'm so used to it. It's like, I feel a sting and I just stand there and ask "Now what?" Last year, when I had these nests shown in the video, I would either mow around it, and wait till it's pitch black outside to use the clippers to clip the grass over the hole (don't block the hole with grass), or I just mow the lawn at night. I guess I will have to do that this year again.

Because they annoy people, an example, people are outside in their backyard and eating dinner, then wasp's coming and want the food to feed their queen. But when people gets annoyed by them, people gets tool like electric flycatcher. If they should respect me when im outside and get own food instead of attack us, then I should not touch them, to bad, they don't now that some people are nice, but they just defend them self from wasps. I like bumblebees they dont attack people for no reason.

Does it dont feel any pain? I were out with my dog and got stung twice by those. It hurted so much so i filled a bathtub with very cold water and it helped also. I'm afraid of them. I don't gonna be their friend. But I try to respect them, but it's hard because they flying over me and close to me to scare me a lot of times. If they're in my house, then they're doomed.

If they are that aggressive, you can only spray the nest directly in the hole at night. Nighttime is when all the wasps are in, so you won't miss any. That is a common mistake almost everyone makes. They think they could kill a nest during the day. WRONG!!! Anyway, good luck!!

I was in the forrest, meeted a man with a puppy, i also greet the puppy, then a wasp came to my thumb, then stinged me. No reason, i hold my finger composed but doesn't matter, it stung me. The worst time for me was mowing the yard one day with a push mower, and a big old hornet got itself inside the leg of my shorts and drilled me in the meaty part of my thigh about 4 times before I could get him out. They were horrible that one summer 92 or 93 in Missouri.

jobu88, I have an in-ground nest in a Pompus Grass bush and when I get near that bush with the riding mower they go nuts. I guess it's from the vibration of the engine. I just got stung last week. That crazy thing went right up my sleeve and stung me in my arm pit. OUCH!!! I hate yellow jackets!!! They are getting more aggresive now that the nest is getting bigger...time to do something. Guess I will set fire to the bush and then later hit the nest with hornet spray.

We came upon this nest hatching on Playa Flamingo, Guanacaste, January 15, 2006 at dawn. The nests usually hatch at night, so this is infrequently seen. They grow to 6 feet and 1000 pounds, with a fatality rate of about 95%. They are an endangered species. This day we cordoned 60 turtles to the surf by protecting them from pelicans, crabs, and dogs.

My Pet Squirrel thinks he is one of the cats

He fell out of his nest when he was a baby and at the time my cat had kittens so I thought what could it hurt to try to see if my cat would nurse him and she did. so my pet squirrel grew up with a litter of kittens. I kept one of the kittens and the squirrel and they are the best of buddies...

Cats are only good for kicking and throwing around in my garage... and then leaving in boxes to starve to death! I also run them over with my truck when I see them walking across the road. When I see them, I don't stop. I run them over and keep going! :D

The weird thing about this movie is how the Prince loves her. They didn't even really have a relationship or even that strong of an aquaintiship(s?) but now all of a sudden, he is this charming, deticated young man that's set on finding Odette. It's cute and nice but, hmm....I do really like the music though and the song really does express their love. The puffin was adorable! I love the Irish(I am one as well yet I was born and raised in America and I don't have much of an accent^^)

I love watching all these forgotten of movies that everyone thinks belongs to Disney. That's hard to decide...I think my favorite non-disney princess is Anastasia & Odette but I also love Thumbelina(oh, the Prince was so cute & sweet!) but I have to say I liked the story, plot, music & characters of Anastatia the best(I love Anastasia's & Dimitri's love/hate relationship that finally evolves into love. I still have to see what I think about this movie, since it's my 1st time watching it
