Ok yeah its r_drawviewmodel 0 If you type that in itll take off your model of your hands and weapons in firstperson mode and all of yourself in thirdperson mode, if you have cl_drawhud 0 in with it itll look like a camera. Another tip if you want a "camera" following you while YOU control the actor is: sv_cheats 1 cl_drawhud 0 thirdperson Those are what I know =)

Oh and it takes off any type of HUD too, including the Esc Menu sadly and the change class menu, so if you wana change class or exit out a gmae just type in: cl_drawhud 1 And if you wana film without being in spectator type this: sv_cheats 1 cl_drawhud 0 r_drawviewmodel 0 or something... ill check...
