Wow, watching that car leave is painful. I bet it was a handful to keep it in your lane. How do you get a setup like that to not spin yet prevent lifting the left front wheel for what looked like a hundred feet? I have never worked on a car that leaves that violently.

yeah i agree with you. theres just to much all at once for it to deal with, seems to be the case with all force fed quad rotors making ungodly hp numbers. i wonder if any of them have considered trying a AWD setup? or if that would just brake more stuff lol

it would go a lot faster if that power could get put tot he ground properly. I don't pretend to know everything about drag racing set ups but putting this engine in an old sp20 wagon surely isn't the best way to get all that power (which I'm sure get delivered in one huge lump at high revs, making it even harder to hookup) onto tarmac

Naaaa no need for that we make half the power with a 13B and make the same 1/4mile run,but good for burnouts and makin lots of noise and I personally love the Idle.I Amire the aussies they can really build some sick sounding badass rotarys but they arent the fastest for now, Who Knows they were the first for Pport and full bridge engines on the street the first in the 7 seconds and who knows they maybe the first to break to the 6.5 sec in that four rotor thing if it gets some tracction

its real funny how he is just gettin 8.76 on the 1/4 mile... when every year at Acto Raceway there are more then 10 cars that have 13b rotary engines (two rotor engine) that are running in the low 7's, even one of them hit a 6.95... really need to work harder on that engine...

The smoke is two stroke oil for lubrication of the apex seals...plus alot of unburnt methanol..the tune on this motor is mid range and top end..being a two stroke motor/rotary,the more fuel and air you can pump in the more H.P it will make....check out ..Performance car tv 4 rotor...the car now runs 7s and is N.Zs fastest rotary and the first rotary in N.Z to break the 7s

rotors are high revving engines...for high powered motors dealing with a lot of psi would need to run very rich... rotor with rich tuning + about a metre of exhaust piping from turbo = plenty of unburnt fuel at idle...

I think if you held a match to the exhaust your find your hand will be burnt off. I know these engines give off alot of unburnt fuel. i think on the newer engines, air in pumped in the exhaust manifold to help burn off the fuel to lower the cars emissions.

look up how stuff works u American moron. The ports in the housings or in the side plates are uncovered by the rotor as it rotates.
