I agree. I think pop music today in general is a lot more mysoginistic and racially degrading. I Listen to old school and you can feel the dignity in the music. It's missing in the artists today. There was a sense of world unity and hope.

Third world had some wonderful songs: Try Jah Love 96 degrees in the shade Sense of purpose The music industry's push to mass produce product like widgets out of art has caused great musicians and artist to be overlooked and forgotten. Old schoolers really can set the record straight on musical plagiarism and soul degradation by bringing about a greater musical appreciation and respect for the art.
