nice man, some good variation. only thing i would say is work on your cartwheels, then you will have CWS nailed!! on your sides on flat, jump up more if you can, delay the tuck, then as you're coming over kick the inside leg out, to land split foot, if you get that they feel great and look siick! :D keep it up man SIDEFLIPS FTW!!!!

yea i have the movie but it just seems to me she doesn't really tuck its more of an aerial, like a cartwheel without touching the ground (her legs being open too). Either way i love the move =]. Oh and your trinity flip has to be the best one i've seen by far, mad props.
