I just noticed my grammical error here. I guess most players of this piece DO that; not "does." Duh...? I'm back, and you're great! I loved your Chopin Fantasies piece too. Keep up the great work! I'm cleaning out my fav vdz, but keeping this one. ;))

u did a very good job, just some slight things to work on, the first 3 notes should be FF, i didnt hear any difference between them and the start of the chords...also there should be a biger difference between the PPP and the MF, two more thing, at the triplet section, that should have increased in volume and at the end where it turns into 4 staves, it should have been FFF to FFFF, i didnt hear any difference...but overall great job, and wonderfully done

Okay, I was wrong, but then you'll have to tell Eva Brandys, Gilels, and Rochmaninov HIMSELF to hold that whole note and wait for that 8th rest before the first chords are played. The pause is too long, and it just doesn't sound right. I hold it, but I feel stupid when I do. ;)

BRAVO! You did a FANTASTIC job! I didn't hear any errors! Wonderfully done! When I play this, I divide some of the chords between my left and right hand to make it easier to play; although it was difficult to read it. lol I guess most players of this piece does that. I LOVED your performance! Very professional!

Incidentally, I counted his values on the first three notes and he's right on the beat! You're counting too fast for his tempo. Duh?

Why doesn't anyone COUNT the values of the first three notes before beginning the first theme?!?!?! Quarter quarter WHOLE. And if the first two quarter notes are so slow, then the whole note should be equally as slow! There is no tempo change in the first measure! Rachmaninoff wasn't one for rubato...
