My ex knows one of the peoople in this clip. It's a skateboarding competition and it's filmed on the northern beaches of Sydney Australia in 1976 I think. It's a the old coca cola factory (which isn't there any more) near Frenches Forest. Any northern beaches peopel reading this will know where I mean. Not too far from Forest high. Great clip. Very 1970's Aussie.

This isn't JP's best work and the video is a bit annoying but for twfoth to say that he's a terrible lyricist etc is completely off the mark. I am 55 and have heard a lot of music in the context of the time it was written. JP is the first artist in a long time who writes lyrics that mean anything. Nearly every song paints a picture of a part of his life so we can experience it with him. Not only that but his harmonies and chords are fantastic. (I sing in a choir so I know about harmonies.)
