One of my favourite films and one of the best of all time. The music at the start is so breathtakingly beautiful it gives me the chills. I can watch this film again and again and still be captivated by its beauty like the first time I ever watched it. This is what disney is - WAS all about. (The only exception is finding Nemo (: )

The disney films made in the 90's and earlier eg. Beauty & the beast, the little mermaid, sleeping beauty, cinderella etc were the best. dude, the powhatan indians DID farm. i've got relatives in the VA tidewater, so i go there a lot. they weren't plain dwellers. they lived in the VA tidewater, where jamestown was. that's about it for historical accuracy, though.

As disney films go this is pretty good. Although, I know it's dramatic license but it's very inacurate, plains indians didn't farm, they didn't live near rivers they wore buffalo skins and ploughing the land was deeply frowned on. And they didn't have villages either, they were always on the move folloing the great bufalo herds. I probably shouldn't have watched this just after writing an essay on them.

It really pisses me off when people complain about baa baa black sheep being "racist": there ARE such things as black sheep, just as there are white, grey, and brown sheep, and the song isn't poking fun of black sheep in any way, therefore the song is not beng racist in any way... political correctness (I know I've spelt it wrong) is all very well and good, but society today has taken it to ridicolous extremes... okay. Well, I think the reason snow was there was because a snowstorm had started while she was in there, and I think that lumpy shadow under the glowing rose is the petals, because I don't think a glowing rose would give off a shadow. That's my guess.

There is a couple of goofs: When the beast goes to the west wing right after Belle rejected him his dinner offering, the rose has dropped several petals, but at 4:07 you can see there are no falling petals. Where they go? hehehe! Other thing is that supposedly all this happened in 1 day, on the way to the castle for the first time you can see the woods has dry trees but no snow, but when Belle runs away you can observe from 5:10 forward several inches of snow above the floor.

If something like that would happen in the real world I´d go to a place you have to climb. The zombies couldn´t get there. And I would avoid going into buildings unless I have to. You have a much higher percentage of surviveing if you stay in an open space where you can see around you. But then there would still be the bird that fly and the dogs that are fast and can jump high. So a tent on a pizza parlours roof maybe. And should of course avoid staying in one place for long.
