William B. Williams gave Sinatra the "Chairman of the Board" title. At the time the station that originated Soupy's show and Williams' radio station were under common ownership. Both called WNEW.

The other gents were known to the NY crowd. The dad with glasses was William B Williams, a popular DJ at WNEW 1130 AM (and Genovese pharmacy ads)and had a show called the Make-believe Ballroom. The kid was played by Frank Nastasi, the voice of Pookie the lion and other characters on Soupy and you saw Frank, Sammy and Trini Lopez. The Italian dressing was probably one of Soupy's staff.

That's not all he lobbed from his hotel room window. If he had a certain chair or other furnishing that pleased him, he marked his initials under it. If he went back to the same room later, and these pieces were gone... out the window! Of course, if there happened to be someone outside underneath at the time, Frank had people to take care of such trivialities.
