When I listen this song I become alienated. My run is something I do alone, something that requires no interaction, no acknowledgment of anyone else, no arranging. It's just me and my passion for the trail, which manages to look the same and different at the same time. Its therapy, prayer, inquiry, meditation, and forgetfulness all rolled into one. SYSTEM OF A DOWN IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE. Best wishes from Krakow.

My best running music served two purposes, 1) distraction and 2) motivation. Of course, this is just me. Some runners might not see the benefit of running with music.One artist I've come across that has a lot of different sounds is System of a Down. This music have a good mixture of up-tempo and sounds that help me fly through my run :) Ive calculated that this song have 170 BPM to 180 BPM average, which means you will take about one step per beat.

was für ein komischer Zufall! ich bastele nämlich auch gerade an einem Schwarz-Weiss-Video, aber über was ganz anderes (Reich Ranicki). jedenfalls 5 Sterne und Respekt!
