it was higher than 250psi. i had the feed pressure set to low. i should have had it set higher but we were taking our time due to the mess we had in the street that we had to clean up as we drilled. normally i i use a higher feed pressure.

You do mean 250PSI right......your tag says higher, if your right and im wrong, you need a better hammer

no it is not. the drill head has two u-joints to drill with. one head is a rock coring head and the other head is for high torque drilling. each head has a bracket there to keep my swivels from spinning all the way around. its just a bracket for the swivels and is not a stilsons breakout wrench. sorry.
