That is to say movie sharing must be shown intrinsically wrong. It may cause a radical shift in the Music and movie industry to only advertisements, amatures, and patronage. But unless there exists a moral argument against it, that is the only right thing to do. On a side note it is almost surprising to see someone polite on the internet in the midst of a disagreement. I think specifically taping at theaters is not alright because that is private property and they have the right to not allow cameras in. They shouldn't, however, have a say with what happens with my computer. It is also illegal to show a movie on certain size screens or to too many people. These technologies do in fact hurt movie maker's profits. People thought radio was going to end the music industry, who knows it could have. Laws should not be made only to save profits.

Your right, that would decrease profits, but that does not necessarily mean the government should protect them. Imagine a world where file sharing technology was around before movies. Would the people of that world expect the government to step in and start regulating file shares so that someone can make a profit? @MouseINSyndicate This parody was made back around 2001 or 2002 if I remember correctly, and the mac that was in use at the time was the OS9, which was a complete piece of shit that had every single problem that he's mentioning. if its from michael moore thats even worse! he should give credit to the video owner in his description. but seriously, my point was all countries have done things they are not proud of.and they should learn from, not repeat the mistakes. no doubt america did awful things to african americans. but today we have an african american winning southern state primaries in a presidential election. slow learning i know, but we are learning. videos like this encourage hate and slow the process.

The video does not bother me. What does is the typical onesided BS. The guy who posted the video hails from Denmark. Danish colonies thrived on the african slave trade and slave produced sugar.
