okay, so you're finished gta iv. and you're really looking for something fun to do, as rockstar decided not to open more buildings up nor let you fly planes or even fly higher than buildings. SO, fly/boat/swim yourself over to Happiness Island, activate any car, and goto town. PS: the cops will never come.
