part2-he died for us so that the way to God is opened and we can call to God, our creator. because of that, only the ones who believe that jesus has set them free from damnation by sacrificing himself can live. but before one can believe that, one has to realize that he's a sinner and that he actually has to die because of his sins. but there's also one way to avoid damnation, and this way was offered by jesus, by believing in him and in his death. only then are his sins forgiven and he's saved.

jesus is the son of God who sacrificed himself to die on the cross for every single person. why would he do that? because every one of us have sinned, and because of our sins the way to God is closed (because God is holy and don't compromise with sin). besides, the punishment of sin is death or eternal damnation. but God loves us, he doesn't want enybody to be eternally damned. but he's also just, there must be death for the sin. so instead of sending everyone to eternal damnation he sent jesus
