what engine do you have in the ta? 5.7L right? that is bigger than the 5L in the benz. is your TA n/a? the benz is blown, you know that right? is your TA stock? if it's not, then im sure a Kleemann E55 can walk all over your ls1. even with the smaller engine. compare apples to apples, my friend, and you will see that mercedes always comes out on top.

mercedes are nice but not wroth the money. i have a 99 trans am that will walk all over that e55. with less money in it. ill take any mustang, fire bird,camaro over a mercedes any day. o and with a better driver that cobra would walk that car also!

Most of the comments on here are reatarded. First I want to say Mercedes are f'n sweet, but if you take some of the extra money that is spent from the higher price on the Mercedes and put it into the Mustang, and here's the kicker, had a driver that could actually drive his car, this would be no contest. I would also say the guy that posted this video, who also owns the Benz, wouldn't have posted it if he lost. There are plenty of Mustangs on here that win to answer that stupid comment.

The cobra has only 281 cui. Both are supercharged and the e55 costs $70,000 more. So for the money it was a close race. I would still take the e55 though. Only cuz I have 3 COBRAS in my driveway as I type this.

yea you can call is that car if it still has mostly stock parts, and someone who is into real performance isn't going to keep their car stock, they're goin to sacrifice some stuff to get the money in order to modify it. and there are only certain parts for certain cars in the aftermarket. and again it's only opinion to why you don't like the cobra's interior. and standard does not matter at all for true performance

The fact is those American V8s give out SHIT performance standard and shocking especialy seeing as they are HUGE engines. Iv owned 3 5.7ltr American V8s. All great cars - sound good - go hard. But god they get jack shit power out for the size. I mean look at the Z06 only gets 500bhp from ltr big block.

lol the cobra isnt made to look good inside because its a shit car, Not confuse performance with shitty road cars bud. Yes performance is fact. The E55 is FASTER standard. Standard is all that matters when racing cars if your gna call a car by its brand and model. I.e this E55. It cannot be modded. Would you call a 1000bhp drag car - (that looks like a Civic) a Civic? No you wouldnt.. why because its not a Civic.
