When Buddha taugh his teaching, he put it in simple language for the low intellegent people and different language for high intellegent people. I have recently come to this stuff too. The video that helped me was 'BLISSFUL GROVES' It is worth finding. Then I just started by chanting and reflecting on the letting go of anger n pain n stuff. Chanting helped.... I can now be positive about thinking... I like science n a friend told me it is the vibration in your body from chanting which feels good, try it :)

I believe in Jesus Christ.And He was not a normal mortal.Kundalini awakening can take place without the help of of a guru even in normal persons.Asceticism is the only way I think.Or in some very good persons it awakens spontaneously because they can handle it.If any normal person tries to awaken it thorugh any other method without a guru chances are he will go mad.Because I he will experience hell.The way you write seems to me that you are a fallen angel.
