you're going into them perfectly! just hold your shape. the way to get the elevation to go thru again is (in your case) digging your right heel into the wind behind you (as soon as you go in), this will lift you, keep forcing that heel back (holding shape) and you'll also pick up speed, most common problem is not being high enough on your back but you're textbook! hope i helped, your mills are gonna be shweeeet!

those are actually pretty good mills I gues.. it just needs practice to do more mills and clean, my advice: (although im not a master of windmill) keep your legs straight by stretching your toes, and kick twice in 1 spin, so what I am trying to say: Kick with your left leg from freeze to your back and then kick with your right leg back to your freeze etc etc to create momentum. keep on the good work! pz.
