for a witch go to a community lot and wen it goes dark a witch normally comes and u gotta be real good friends wit her and she'll do it or u can do ctrl+shift+c and type Boolprop testingcheatsenabled true and press shift and click the sim and then click make vampire or click the witch and choose make selectable and make the witch cast the spell on them :D
