Forrest would be more exciting if he took guys down and tapped them instead of trying to knock them out with his sissy punches. (Kind of harsh I guess, but the guy doesn't have power). I think the LHW division will suck less when Franklin and Vera start working their way to better fights, but the title picture blows.

Well, you HAVEN'T REALLY given any arguement, so there. =] My opinion was that Anderson Silva isn't above Fedor on a P4P level because, while his wins have been dominant, they haven't been against the top competition in the world. Cote isn't, even, but I still have to root for him.

What exactly am I wrong about? Franklin's last 10 wins haven't really been against top competition, and the most impressive notch on his belt(s) right now is probably Henderson, which was a great win for him; however, I do feel that Fedor is above him on the ladder because he's beaten a lot more of the top fighters.

Okay, he beat Sakurai seven years ago, and then what? Cleaned out the middleweight division in the UFC, a division consisting mostly of fighters who aren't at the top level on a world stage. He's in kind of a Roy Jones dilemma, I think once he moves up in weight more permanently he'll assert himself. The competition just isn't there at MW in the UFC.

Honestly, even though A. Silva has destroyed everybody, who has he fought? The biggest name I think he's beaten is Franklin, who even as champion himself, never really beat anybody in the top tier.
