it's not just toxteth which is deprived.they call liverpool the culture capital but no money is going to the surrounding areas that it brings in from this.i went to anfield and it's just as deprived as toxteth.there was really nice houses all boarded up which if was on the market in a different area they would go for a bomb.the thing is the local authority should be looking after it's own people and if their not theres gonna be reactions down the line.
