As far as I know, Toontown Morning Madness is only offered to guests who purchase vacation packages and is not open to the "general public." This show took place in Toontown when the park opened. However, only those with special tickets were allowed entry to this area of the park. Normal park guests are allowed entry to Toontown one hour after the park has opened. Hope this information helps! ^_^

Having studied under a Kumu Hula and actually learning the dance that goes to this song, I don't think it's at all insulting. That IS a hula. All halaus don't do this chant/song the same way; I learned a few different moves than these, but this is an accurate hula in honor of King Kalakaua. Ranko is correct, they worked very hard to make the film accurate.

I'm not sure if this is at WDW as well. The only other place I can think of that has something similar to this is Hong Kong Disneyland. Although with theirs, it's a whole theater of people interacting with Stitch (kind of like Turtle Talk with Crush at California Adventure). This one at Disneyland is a small phone booth, so it's just you and your group, which makes the conversation a lot more personalized.
