It was on a demo tape of Siamese Dream sessions sent to Virgin as the album was being recorded. Google RSPAA and go to the demo "Quiet and Other Songs" to get this and many more. :)

It doesnt sound pregish at all, there isnt enough new wave in it for it to be pre gish, i would say pre siamese dream stuff, late gish stuff maybe... Just read james burn's post yeah, that sounds right, 92 ish

SPFC says fall '92, on the demo "Quiet and Other Songs: A Collection of Songs for Album II." Pretty heavy stuff, would liked to have seen this at least as a B-side.

Judging by Billy's voice, I would say yes, it sounds pre-Gish. I would guess this was recorded in '89 or '90
